Alfa Romeo Giulia Speciale: a unique model for Canada

Few days before the 2022 Canadian Grand Prix, Alfa Romeo Canada announced the arrival of a special delivery in the line-up. This version will only be available for the Canadian market and only a few will be produced across the country. The name? Alfa Romeo Giulia Speciale 2022.

What are the differences with the Giulia 2022?

To differentiate the Giulia Speciale from the versions already offered in 2022, Alfa Romeo Canada has added several elements to the car.

• Verde Montreal color

The first aesthetic element is the color of this Giulia Speciale. Not available in the standard lineup, the sedan inherits the Montreal Green. 

This unique and exclusive green is certainly the best way to recognize this Giulia Speciale.

• Carbon fiber exterior elements of the Quadrifoglio version

To distinguish this Giulia Speciale, Alfa Romeo has added carbon fiber elements taken from the Quadrifoglio trim. Indeed, this exceptional livery is equipped with the side sills of the 4-leaf clover version with these long carbon elements. A way to enhance the sporty look of this Italian sedan.

Also, the front grille and exterior mirrors are covered in carbon fiber. The Q4 and Giulia badges at the rear are finished in black.

• Red stitching inside and carbon

Inside, this Giulia Speciale gets a unique treatment with red stitching additions to the steering wheel, dashboard, doors and gearshift.

Also, there are several carbon fiber elements around the door handles, on the dashboard and on the center console.

• The 2.0L 280 horsepower engine is retained

This Alfa Romeo Giulia Speciale is still equipped with the original Alfa Romeo 2.0L 280 horsepower engine. The choice was made to not equip it with the 505 horsepower V6 engine of the Quadrifoglio version to make it accessible to the largest number of enthusiasts of the brand.

However, with 306 lb-ft of torque and the Q4 all-wheel drive system, this sedan is ready to give you an exceptional ride, no matter what the outside conditions.
